
Global Process Engineer – Engine Testing and Balancing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop, qualify, and enhance manufacturing processes.
• Establish global process and equipment standards, implementing them across Aero Alliance factories in collaboration with local technical leaders.
• Define, manage, and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets.
• Validate engineering specifications and the application of new processes on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with channels to create new repair processes and qualifications.
• Formulate and execute reliability improvement strategies utilizing industry best practices.
• Work alongside maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams to design and implement preventive and predictive programs.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives focused on minimizing equipment downtime and enhancing quality processes.
• Lead investigations into failures and persistent issues, identifying root causes and executing effective corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for asset management, including analysis of equipment life cycles and optimization of spare parts.
• Train local factory manufacturing engineers.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• Over 7 years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality.
• More than 5 years of experience in a technical role (such as manufacturing engineer) with expertise in Aeroderivative, Aircraft Engine, or Gas Turbine Testing and Balancing.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
