Global Pricing Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a subject matter expert on Lyra’s pricing model and all variables that impact win rates in the Employer Solution market.

• Simplify complex pricing models into easily sellable structures, collaborating with Product Marketing to enhance internal training and external communication regarding pricing.

• Create quotes and proposal documents for potential clients in conjunction with the Sales and Customer Success team.

• Offer recommendations for optimizing the quote-to-cash process, driving strategic and operational enhancements.

• Act as a key thought partner for Sales and Customer Success teams, providing insights on deal structuring for both prospective and renewing employers.

• Efficiently manage deadlines and set expectations for timelines with cross-functional stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or other relevant quantitative fields.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, finance, business operations, or a related area.

• Experience in forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models to inform business decisions, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear narratives for GTM leadership and external clients.

• Highly organized and diligent in consistently meeting deadlines while juggling competing priorities.

• Analytically and operationally focused, demonstrating sound business judgment.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and quality.
