Global Mobility Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee global mobility initiatives across ABB at both team and global levels.

• Assist in implementing the global mobility strategy for a specific region or specialist area.

• Act as the primary point of contact and case manager for assignees and the business.

• Provide comprehensive support and guidance throughout all facets of assignment management.

• Manage assigned international assignment cases with fairness and equity.

• Address first-line policy exceptions, interpretations, and position evaluations.

• Initiate and manage immigration, relocation, tax, and related services and processes.

• Analyze, interpret, and present complex global mobility data effectively.

• Clearly communicate global mobility information to HR Business Partners, line managers, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in the creation and delivery of training and coaching regarding policies, standards, and programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of HR experience.

• Ideally, direct experience in managing global mobility issues.

• Comfortable working in an international setting and collaborating across various cultures.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and strong partnerships.

• Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.

• Capability to manage tight deadlines within a results-oriented environment.

• Proficient in handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
