This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Lead the commercial strategy for Argenta’s CDMO.
• Develop and implement the communication strategy.
• Design and execute marketing plans across various channels.
• Manage Argenta's presence at industry events.
• Formulate and execute Argenta’s global marketing strategy in alignment with our growth objectives.
• Establish Argenta’s brand architecture and positioning while developing and refining the value proposition for target clients and offerings.
• Direct planning, budgeting, and performance reporting in accordance with defined KPIs.
• Supervise omnichannel campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and generating leads through both digital and live initiatives.
• Oversee Argenta’s representation at key industry events and Argenta-led conferences and trade shows.
• Spearhead the creation of engaging content such as case studies, white papers, webinars, presentation decks, sales materials, and trade show assets.
• Manage external media relations and the public relations strategy.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and provide regular updates regarding mergers and acquisitions, new capabilities, and partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the CCO and Business Development to ensure marketing alignment with strategic goals and effective lead qualification and transition.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience in the pharmaceutical sector, ideally within a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO).
• A scientific background with knowledge of life sciences; experience in animal health is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or a scientific discipline; an MBA is preferred.
• A proven history of developing successful marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing and cultivating teams across multiple regions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including proficiency in executive presentations.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across various functions.
• Strong commercial and financial insight with the capacity to link marketing initiatives to organizational financial objectives.
