Global Market Access Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee project management for Global Market Access (GMA) across various product categories including wireless, IoT, and industrial devices.

• Provide mentorship to cross-functional teams on global best practices for GMA.

• Serve as a vital cross-functional collaborator with Global Market Access, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to ensure successful execution.

• Demonstrate the ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exhibit clear, informative, persuasive, and collaborative verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of working independently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Display honesty, integrity, and courtesy in all interactions.

• Maintain a strong work ethic in meeting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.

• Collaborate with Lab Managers to ensure precise P&L forecasts, provide quality analytical data to clients, and adhere to delivery timelines.

• Manage business responsibilities with a focus on profit and loss.

• Partner with the sales team to launch GMA services across various industries.

• Work with international counterparts to ensure the delivery of consistent GMA services globally.

• Utilize the ARENA database for managing daily business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management and/or a minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.

• Proven project management experience is essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Understanding and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.
