Global IT Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise integrations across ERP platforms, cloud SaaS applications, external trading partners, and internal business systems.

• Create and maintain API-driven, middleware-based, and file-based integrations utilizing technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Infor ION, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, XML, JSON, and secure data transport methods.

• Diagnose integration challenges, enhance data flows, support digital transformation efforts, and collaborate closely with business application teams, vendors, managed service providers, and end users to ensure dependable and scalable integration solutions.

• Oversee integration processes for performance, reliability, and data integrity. Investigate integration failures, data discrepancies, and communication problems, conducting root cause analysis and executing corrective measures.

• Maintain documentation that includes interface designs, mapping specifications, and technical procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–7+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or enterprise integration engineering.

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and supporting integrations across ERP systems, cloud SaaS platforms, and third-party applications.

• Strong background in working with API-based integrations, middleware solutions, and data exchange mechanisms (e.g., REST, SOAP, EDI, file-based integrations).

• Experience with enterprise integration tools and platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, SSIS, Infor ION, or similar technologies.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot intricate integration challenges, execute root cause analysis, and implement long-lasting solutions.

• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions that meet business requirements.

• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments is preferred.
