This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Take charge of the complete activation and implementation of Hero campaigns and Campaign-in-a-Box frameworks, ensuring that every component aligns with the campaign positioning and business narrative established by Brand leadership.
• Create activation schedules across paid, owned, and earned media channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, creative alignment, and measurable outreach.
• Manage paid channel briefs, ensuring alignment with the campaign narrative and creative direction.
• Adopt an experimentation mindset, monitor performance against defined KPIs, and present optimization recommendations to Brand leadership during the monthly Campaign Business Review.
• Oversee Sinch's involvement at Tier 1 industry events, linking event participation with relevant Hero campaign moments, and ensuring messaging, creative, and content distribution are synchronized before, during, and after each event.
• Cultivate and sustain a thorough understanding of the paid media landscape regarding Sinch's priority audiences across its product offerings.
• Create and manage distribution strategies within the B2B paid media landscape, including programmatic display, paid social, content syndication, and search, maximizing reach and relevance within budget constraints.
• Develop a documented audience-to-channel media framework for each campaign cycle, transforming buyer research and channel data into actionable targeting strategies.
• Present paid media insights during monthly campaign reviews to guide 'double down or stop' decisions within the active campaign portfolio.
• Act as the primary campaign liaison for regional marketing leads across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America, balancing global campaign consistency with local market relevance.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a solid foundation in integrated campaign execution within a technology company or agency.
• Proven experience in managing global or multi-regional campaign activations in a matrixed environment, coordinating efforts across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America.
• Extensive hands-on experience in the B2B paid media landscape, including programmatic display, paid social, content syndication, and search, along with a history of creating and optimizing distribution plans.
• Experience in executing campaigns at or around major industry events, collaborating with regional or field teams.
• A background in or familiarity with CPaaS, cloud communications, SaaS, or related enterprise technology markets is highly desirable.
