Global Indirect Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute global procurement strategies for designated categories, such as Capital Equipment and Construction.

• Build and manage supplier partnerships to achieve cost efficiency and service improvements.

• Negotiate and finalize effective supplier contract agreements.

• Ensure suppliers maintain competitive pricing, superior quality, and exemplary service standards.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and integrate procurement strategies, guidelines, and processes.

• Oversee complex, high-value projects and initiatives that have significant corporate implications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with six (6) years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, Engineering, or Legal in a private, public, government, or military setting OR a High School Diploma/GED with ten (10) years of experience in those areas.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain from an accredited institution.

• Strong negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with Capital Equipment and Construction supplier markets.

• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at a senior level.

• Knowledge of business, contract language, and financial principles.

• Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Polish, and/or French is a plus.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
