Global Health Advisory – Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on LMIC markets and landscapes to evaluate opportunities, challenges, and competitive positioning.

• Analyze data related to healthcare markets, delivery models, and financing mechanisms to produce actionable insights.

• Assist in creating value propositions, market access strategies, and launch plans specifically designed for LMIC contexts.

• Summarize findings into clear outputs (reports, memos, slide decks) that aid partner decision-making.

• Play a role in the preparation of high-quality deliverables for partners, including presentations, reports, and briefing documents.

• Support meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions by preparing necessary materials and documenting key insights.

• Monitor stakeholder perspectives and emerging trends in the global health ecosystem that are pertinent to partner initiatives.

• Represent the team in a professional manner during partner interactions, ensuring clear and solution-focused communication.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels to produce high-quality work within deadlines.

• Take ownership of designated work packages, proactively updating on progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Enhance knowledge of LMIC healthcare systems, access challenges, and pertinent global health sectors.

• Engage in internal initiatives that bolster the Advisory practice, including developing frameworks, trackers, templates, and rituals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).

• At least 3 years of professional experience, with familiarity in LMIC healthcare settings (consulting, global health, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-focused finance).

• Strong abilities in research, analysis, and synthesis—capable of converting complex information into practical insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Capacity to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience in LMIC healthcare sectors (e.g., vaccines, diagnostics, essential medicines), innovative financing models, go-to-market strategies, or partnerships with ministries, NGOs, or funders.
