• Develop and implement a comprehensive global People strategy that drives growth.

• Establish and manage a top-tier, multi-regional HR operation across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and the leadership team.

• Lead efforts in organizational design, talent strategy, and global workforce planning.

• Launch and expand AI-driven HR transformation and innovation initiatives.

• Oversee complex employee relations and ensure global compliance across various jurisdictions.

• Cultivate, embed, and advance our award-winning culture through innovative and strategic initiatives.

• Stay actively involved—building, refining, and shaping the HR function throughout the journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated HR leadership experience in a global, multi-country scale-up setting.

• Extensive exposure to APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

• A strategic HR Business Partner with robust commercial and financial insight.

• Proven experience in establishing and scaling People functions from the ground up.

• In-depth knowledge of employee relations, terminations, and global compliance issues.

• A history of executing HR transformation and implementing AI-enabled solutions.

• Highly proactive, excelling in ambiguous situations while blending strategy with practical execution.

• A creative and forward-thinking approach, capable of designing distinctive culture-shaping initiatives in a rapidly growing environment.

• Possesses a global perspective, cultural sensitivity, and an engaging, authentic, and enjoyable leadership style.
