This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
β’ Design and implement sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth for the company's accounts in the DC/MD/VA hospitality market.
β’ Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
β’ Act as a primary liaison between the corporate office and local hotel leaders.
β’ Monitor and assess industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to guide sales strategies and tactics.
β’ Assist in contract negotiations, providing support to both hotel colleagues and clients.
β’ Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
β’ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by partnering with hotel teams to provide exceptional service to assigned accounts.
β’ Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, project sales results, and report on sales performance to senior management.
β’ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales.
β’ Demonstrated history in sales, consistently surpassing targets and driving revenue growth within the hospitality sector.
β’ Strong understanding of contract processes.
β’ Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
β’ Familiarity with Lanyon, CVENT & Envision (or similar CRM tools).
β’ Experience with Cognos, Tableau, Reserve, and Oracle.
β’ Experience in hotel sales specifically targeting the DC/MD/VA market is advantageous.
