Global Exam Content Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Creating examination content for PMI's professional certification offerings by writing independently and guiding a team of volunteer subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Partnering with other GCCPs and the broader team to deliver high-quality content that meets the department's quarterly objectives.

• Continuously identifying and recruiting exceptional SMEs to assist in developing and localizing exam materials.

• Conducting work both remotely and on-site, utilizing the latest technology alongside expert writing and content creation skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• PMI certification holder—PMP at a minimum; over 5 years of experience in leading various types of projects.

• Preferred: Credentialing Specialist Certificate from the Institute of Credentialing Excellence.

• Proven experience as a writer (e.g., training, academic, business writing) and familiarity with generative AI.

• Background in executing content development or fulfillment initiatives.

• Established fluency and proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable* (Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, French, Portuguese, Italian, German).

• Capability to prioritize independent writing assignments while managing cross-functional responsibilities and leading a project team.

• Skill in providing feedback to colleagues constructively.

• Demonstrated leadership as a project manager for more than 5 years.

• Confident in facilitating discussions on project management topics with other SMEs, with the ability to build consensus.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for working in both virtual and in-person team settings.

• Knowledge and experience with business practices relevant to your region.
