• Establish the strategy for event development, demonstrating the ability to translate broad concepts into actionable plans and execute them effectively.

• Proven track record in defining event strategy and achieving executional excellence.

• Results-oriented with the capability to work independently and take calculated risks.

• Manage a diverse range of vendors, venue partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration in delivering a top-notch experience.

• Exhibit strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

• Enthusiastic about creating global programs and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in community events within the Fitness/B2C/Tech sectors.

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in all facets of event management, including logistics, vendor negotiation, and marketing.
