This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist in the execution of Global Events, which include Explorations, Universities, the Global Leadership Conference, and Leadership Academies.
• Oversee and update all event-related lists, such as registration lists, waitlists, rooming lists, activity choices, and group assignments.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms (CRM, Cvent, Eventbrite, and internal trackers).
• Support the tracking of payments, reporting, and managing attendee refunds.
• Draft and compile event communication materials for review by the Event Lead.
• Manage email distribution lists and conduct execution through platforms like Mailchimp.
• Organize event supplies, and handle packing and shipping logistics for Global Events.
• Prepare the Global Events team for on-site execution.
• Assist with smaller events or other projects as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree with two or more years of administrative experience in association work, event planning, or coordination-related roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office presentation tools.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Exhibit a solution-oriented mindset and encourage quality through ongoing performance improvement.
• Familiarity with Canva and project management software such as Monday.com and Cvent is desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% - 15% of the time.
