📋 Description

• Take ownership of cost management standards, frameworks, and reporting for all Volta projects.

• Integrate project cost forecasts into a unified portfolio overview for leadership.

• Oversee cost baselines and change control in collaboration with project teams.

• Facilitate precise reporting of value-of-work-done and accruals across the fleet.

• Establish cost benchmarking across various projects, packages, and regions.

• Assist in contract negotiations and procurement by providing robust cost data.

• Mentor project controls leads on best practices in cost management.

• Enhance cost systems, tools, and processes as the fleet expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in cost management for data center or major capital projects is crucial.

• A history of managing costs across multiple concurrent projects or a portfolio.

• Strong expertise in forecasting, change control, and earned value methodologies.

• Proficiency with enterprise cost management systems.

• Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to deliver clear, decision-ready reports.

• Ease in working across European and US projects and time zones.
