This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Create project-specific plans for each assigned study.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts, offer recommendations, evaluate risks, and update project reports and spreadsheets.
• Facilitate effective communication and interaction among internal departments to prevent obstacles during the study's progression.
• Incorporate all clinical supply activities into the supply chain to enhance project logistics strategy and ensure compliance with GxP standards.
• Engage in continuous training on new regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (approximately 8+ years).
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, urgency, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep focus on customer satisfaction and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical supply operations.
• Strong skills in client relationship development and third-party relationship management.
• Exceptional ability to deliver customer service of the highest quality and excellence.
• Proficient in bid preparation and bid defense.
• Work may be conducted in a production, office, or home-based setting with exposure to electrical office equipment.
• Occasional travel, both domestic and international.
