📋 Description

• Define, develop, and implement the global information security roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

• Establish, execute, and enhance comprehensive security processes, frameworks, and policies throughout the organization from the ground up.

• Supervise the successful acquisition and maintenance of industry-specific licenses and certifications.

• Serve as the final point of escalation for global security incidents, ensuring proactive threat detection and swift mitigation.

• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing, fully remote security team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a senior security leadership role (CISO, Director of Security, or Head of Information Security) within the Financial Services or FinTech industry.

• Direct involvement in guiding organizations through intricate information security audits, certifications, licensing, and international regulatory compliance.

• Proven experience in developing, executing, and managing group-level security processes and frameworks.

• Outstanding leadership capabilities with a successful track record of managing remote, distributed teams.

• Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and high responsibility.

• Proficient in English with excellent communication and reporting abilities; proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
