📋 Description

• Oversee and drive industry workstreams comprising senior professionals from the global biopharma sector.

• Foster highly collaborative settings to assist members in addressing intricate manufacturing and operational issues.

• Steer projects from initial concept to successful delivery.

• Engage in initiatives aimed at future facility design, autonomous process systems, and the adoption of new technologies.

• Produce outputs such as industry guidance, benchmarking reports, business case frameworks, and strategic tools.

• Background in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMOs, or consulting.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.

• Proven experience in leading projects or change initiatives.

• Capability to distill complex subjects into actionable results.

• Proactive and adaptable mindset.

• Confidence in navigating fast-paced, evolving environments.
