Global Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Identify, promote, and onboard global recruitment agents to the Passage platform

• Enhance Passage’s market presence in the specified regions

• Act as the primary contact, offering training and initial operational assistance

• Ensure that partners utilize Passage’s digital tools and processes

• Take ownership of and meet quarterly activation objectives

• Create and implement partner acquisition and activation strategies—site visits, training sessions, marketing initiatives, and industry events

• Track partner activation through CRM analytics and uncover growth opportunities

• Collaborate with internal sales, admissions, and marketing teams to achieve desired outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated success in partner or account management in the study abroad / international education domain

• In-depth knowledge of Canadian admissions, visa processes, and student recruitment cycles

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting

• Proven track record of translating strategy into actionable results

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and follow-through

• Professional demeanor and integrity in managing confidential information
