This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Formulates and implements business plans for accounts, incorporating both transactional and strategic initiatives to foster the growth of the organization.
• Establishes robust professional relationships with clients, ensuring high customer loyalty while gaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Applies consultative-selling methodologies to discover and promote growth opportunities within current accounts, aligning the organization’s offerings with client business and IT priorities.
• Proactively identifies client requirements and collaborates with cross-functional teams and industry experts to facilitate the development of solutions.
• Directs contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and contract renewals to secure advantageous terms for both the client and the organization.
• Develops and sustains sales pipeline activity while meeting or surpassing revenue and margin targets through effective margin management strategies.
• Offers insights to internal teams based on client feedback to enhance products, services, and processes.
• Creates regular reports and presentations for both internal stakeholders and clients to provide updates on deliverables, challenges, and more.
• Identifies opportunities to improve the overall account management process and contribute to the best practices within the account management team.
• Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience or proven competence.
• Generally possesses 4-7 years of professional experience, ideally in customer relationship management, account management, or a similar area, or holds an advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
