GL Claims Adjuster III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of General Liability Claims (covering premises and construction defects) across various states.

• Handle new loss assignments, manage reassignments, and ensure timely and accurate reserve setting.

• Conduct coverage evaluations, assess responsibilities for defense and/or indemnification, and determine choice of law.

• Recognize issues that require investigation and resolution, with a focus on risk transfer and solutions.

• Experience in drafting detailed coverage position letters, including reservations of rights, disclaimers, and responses to rebuttals.

• Collaborate with legal counsel to develop litigation strategies for General Liability cases.

• Determine suitable cases for trial and prepare pre-trial reports and trial-related activities.

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools and resources in claims management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigated General Liability claim management.

• A technical background is preferred, particularly in identifying coverage issues and interpreting policies.

• Comprehensive understanding of liability policy language and coverage interpretation.

• Previous experience in a regulated environment with a proven ability to adhere to company policies.

• A college degree is required.

• A Florida Adjusting license is mandatory.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
