This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Transform customer success into a scalable growth engine.
• Develop and oversee a network of customer advocates and references.
• Implement a structured referral program with quarterly objectives.
• Manage case studies and success stories from start to finish, including navigating Legal, Compliance, and management layers to secure approvals.
• Collaborate with industry organizations (CIGRE, CEATI, ENTSOE) to enhance visibility and establish connections.
• Conduct customer interviews, extract genuine value, and publish one Pathfinder success story each quarter — independently, without the aid of a copywriter.
• Keep the website and product pages updated with fresh customer evidence.
• Generate LinkedIn content and targeted outreach that fosters pipeline growth rather than just follower counts.
• Plan, host, and oversee at least one quarterly webinar featuring customer speakers.
• Establish and manage the Pathfinder Forum — a user community that connects customers and prospects.
• Provide the sales team with proof points, references, and narratives that enhance trust during active negotiations.
• Identify missing customer assets in current opportunities and create them.
• Develop targeted messaging and evidence tailored for key segments, use cases, and geographical areas.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B customer advocacy, customer marketing, or sales enablement — excluding brand awareness and demand generation.
• Proven ability to independently produce technical content: case studies, customer stories, and white papers — you conduct interviews, write, and publish without a copywriter.
• Experience in or selling to sectors such as infrastructure, energy, utilities, transport, or engineering — you comprehend the stakes and communicate effectively with engineers and project managers.
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate across complex organizations (Legal, Compliance, multiple stakeholders) and secure approvals without losing momentum.
• Strong interviewing and storytelling abilities — you ask the right questions and translate complex technical subjects into clear, credible language.
• Sales enablement mindset — you prioritize pipeline development over mere impressions.
• Active and proven use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and output.
• Self-directed execution — you follow through, encourage busy customers toward commitments, and achieve results with minimal structure or supervision.
• Familiarity with GIS, geospatial software, or spatial data concepts (Bonus).
• Experience managing a customer community, user forum, or user group (Bonus).
• Experience organizing or hosting external-facing technical webinars (Bonus).
• Background in a startup or scaleup — comfortable with ambiguity and the absence of an established playbook (Bonus).
• Multilingual capabilities — proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus (Bonus).
• Complete ownership of a new function with immediate business impact from day one.
• Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and the leadership team.
• Fully remote, async-friendly work environment.
• A product that addresses significant, real-world challenges for customers who value outcomes.
• Competitive compensation — salary negotiable based on experience and location.
