This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Adhering to general service guidelines while tailoring communication to suit individual customer requirements.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German.
• Excellent professional-level English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Background in customer service, call center operations, or roles involving customer interaction.
• Previous experience in retail or e-commerce is preferred.
• Comfortable handling both verbal and written customer communications.
• Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
