This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Delivering customer support via inbound calls and email correspondence
• Assisting clients with inquiries about products, including sizing, materials, fabric care, and general product knowledge
• Aiding in order placement, tracking, returns, and overall account-related queries
• Resolving customer issues with a solution-focused and professional demeanor
• Providing a customer experience that meets premium retail standards
• Recording interactions in designated systems as necessary for effective service delivery
• Adhering to general service protocols while customizing communication to address individual customer needs
• Native or near-native proficiency in German
• Excellent professional-level English communication abilities (both verbal and written)
• Background in customer service, call center operations, or roles involving direct customer interaction
• Preference for candidates with retail or e-commerce experience
• Proficient in managing both verbal and written customer communications
• Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting
• Consistent high-speed internet connection
• A quiet, private workspace that is conducive to voice interactions
