📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional technical and account support to users of top-tier video streaming platforms

• Aid customers with managing subscriptions, resolving playback problems, and troubleshooting devices

• Uphold high satisfaction ratings and service quality standards

• Navigate intricate database systems to provide precise information regarding streaming content and platform functionalities

• Address customer inquiries through chat, email, or telephone

• Partner with cross-functional teams to tackle recurring service challenges

• Remain informed about updates to streaming platforms and content releases to offer knowledgeable advice

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent German, both spoken and written, is essential

• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece is required

• A strong enthusiasm for digital entertainment and the streaming platforms sector

• Excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused approach

• Technical proficiency along with the capability to troubleshoot common digital streaming hardware and software issues

• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is highly regarded
