This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat regarding reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries — primarily in German (support in English will be offered when necessary).
• Proficient in German (C1+ level)
• Proficient in English (B2+ level)
• EU citizenship is mandatory
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• No prior experience needed (background in customer service or hospitality is advantageous)
• Performance bonus of up to 10%
