German-Speaking Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist customers through both inbound and outbound communication channels.

• Ensure high service quality while maintaining accurate administrative records.

• Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone and email.

• Address insurance-related inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

• Aim to deliver an outstanding customer experience with a focus on first-contact resolution.

• Process new vehicle insurance applications.

• Manage changes to policies, conversions, and cancellations.

• Assist in contract administration and documentation workflows.

• Accurately handle incoming requests and correspondence.

• Update customer records, including addresses and payment information.

• Process SEPA mandates and account-related modifications.

• Prepare customized insurance quotes.

• Promote additional insurance products such as liability, property, and legal coverage.

• Support onboarding activities, such as registering customers for the self-service portal.

• Schedule pension consultation appointments as required.

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level).

• A good command of English for internal communication is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to simplify complex topics for easy understanding.

• Problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable multitasking across various systems in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient PC user.

• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Preferred typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85%+ accuracy.
