This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Deliver exceptional software support to Revalize clients.
• Address technical and functional challenges faced by customers.
• Engage with customers directly in a professional manner.
• Assist in enhancing knowledgebase articles and functional documentation.
• Proficient in utilizing 3D CAD systems (including Inventor, SolidWorks, TENADO CAD, AutoCAD 3D, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Passion for problem-solving.
• Background in customer service.
• Capability to explain technical subjects in an accessible way.
• Knowledge of Windows software operation, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Outstanding customer service to Revalize clients and team members.
• Assistance with incoming inquiries and issues related to proprietary software solutions.
• Assess, analyze, and prioritize end-user issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Comply with established customer service and documentation standards.
• Create, revise, and enhance knowledgebase articles, FAQs, and functional documentation.
