German Speaking Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Join SIXT and contribute to the evolution of shared mobility through our SIXT Share service.

• In your role as a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d), you will manage incoming customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and email, empathetically address complaints, and deliver customized solutions while gathering valuable feedback.

• Your assistance is crucial in providing an exceptional customer experience and plays a direct role in enhancing the SIXT brand.

• You will deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience in every interaction.

• You will communicate confidently and with empathy in Dutch and English with customers.

• You will analyze customer requests, identify their needs, and propose effective solutions.

• You will adapt swiftly to new situations and tackle challenges with robust problem-solving skills.

• You will proactively foresee customer needs and maintain a customer-oriented mindset.

• You will work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends and night shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have prior experience in customer interactions, and providing excellent service comes naturally to you.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level or higher).

• You enjoy engaging with partners and customers, demonstrating strong communication skills and empathy.

• You can swiftly adapt to new situations and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• You are proficient in using computers and familiar with common software, including Microsoft Office.
