German-speaking Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming customer inquiries primarily via phone while ensuring a professional customer experience.

• Addressing written customer inquiries during available service hours.

• Assisting with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments related to installation services.

• Providing first-level support for basic inquiries regarding smoke detectors (no technical expertise required).

• Assisting customers with billing questions and clarifying invoice items.

• Helping customers with their queries about the customer portal.

• Coordinating appointments for meter readings.

• General management of service-related customer inquiries.

• Ensuring a high standard of customer service without engaging in sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German at a native or fluent level (C1/C2) — both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in phone-based customer service or a strong motivation for inbound customer support.

• Reliable internet connection and power supply for remote work (speed test required).

• Comfortable using PC and digital communication tools.

• Patient, service-oriented individual with clear and structured communication skills.

• Dependable work style and quick learner of new information.

• Willingness to manage written customer inquiries as well.

• Interest in a long-term position within customer service (not interested in sales projects).
