This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional technical support to clients concerning advanced consumer electronics products.

• Uphold the Dyson brand with professionalism, ensuring outstanding interactions with every customer.

• Address inquiries related to vacuum technology, hair care devices, and air treatment solutions.

• Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system to uphold service quality standards.

• Inform customers about product features, maintenance, and the latest advancements in the consumer electronics field.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to efficiently resolve complex technical issues.

• Enhance the brand image by maintaining a thorough understanding of the dynamic Dyson product lineup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.

• A strong enthusiasm for technology and the consumer electronics sector.

• Possession of a valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service.

• Capability to work remotely within Greece.

• Technical proficiency to utilize various software tools and conduct hardware diagnostics.
