German Speaking Customer Agent – Sports & Fitness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer expert, high-quality support to German-speaking members concerning their fitness equipment, tracking applications, and wellness subscriptions.

• Assist users with the setup and troubleshooting of fitness wearables, sports applications, and health monitoring services.

• Provide tailored advice on training objectives and wellness product features.

• Record customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Work in collaboration with international teams to enhance support workflows for German-speaking sports enthusiasts.

• Keep up-to-date with comprehensive knowledge of fitness trends, wellness gadgets, and sports nutrition platforms.

• Meet customer satisfaction performance targets and KPIs within the fitness and sports industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent German, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece is required.

• A genuine passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and an active lifestyle.

• Professional and empathetic communication skills appropriate for a high-end sports and wellness clientele.

• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
