German-speaking Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• The majority of your day will be spent engaging with German-speaking customers regarding outstanding parking fees.

• You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, oversee cases within the ticketing system, and ensure that all data remains accurate and current.

• You will adhere to clearly defined collection processes and strive to meet daily targets as part of an international operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German at a C1 level or above

• Prior experience in collections or debt recovery

• A background in customer support or contact center settings

• A confident and calm demeanor when navigating difficult conversations

• A preference for structured, process-driven work

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to stay calm and methodical under pressure

• Experience with CRM systems

• Nice to have (not mandatory): familiarity with Salesforce CRM; knowledge of Austrian German
