This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Setting a strong example by embodying a customer-centric approach.
• Communicating effectively: Recognizing and adapting to the specific needs and appropriate tone for each of our customers, including courier partners, clients, and merchants who reach out to us.
• Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Proficient in German, with a basic understanding of English considered beneficial but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (excluding night shifts).
• Residing in Athens or open to relocating to Athens.
• Possession of an EU Passport.
• Strong multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple incoming interactions at once and effectively prioritizing them.
