This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Engage directly with HubSpot customers via phone, chat, and web channels to address product-related inquiries as a trusted advisor.
• Provide a supportive and human-centric experience, utilizing creative problem-solving to assist customers in optimizing HubSpot tools and expanding their businesses.
• Work collaboratively within a vibrant team atmosphere that promotes a positive, inclusive culture, encouraging continuous learning and constructive feedback.
• Use phone, live chat, and web tickets to partner with customers, efficiently resolving issues while adapting to varying inquiry volumes.
• Leverage business acumen in customer interactions to proactively recognize challenges and opportunities.
• Eliminate technical barriers for customers by guiding them through different tools available in HubSpot.
• Independently utilize support resources and tools to grasp new and technical information effectively.
• Apply troubleshooting frameworks to test, replicate, and analyze technical queries, minimizing escalations and reducing resolution time.
• Identify and diagnose software issues to enhance the overall product experience for customers.
• Provide thoughtful, empathetic, and comprehensive solutions tailored to each customer, supporting their business growth.
• Collaborate within HubSpot to improve customer engagement with our platform and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Act as a role model and trusted advisor, demonstrating a customer-first approach and taking ownership of even the most complex and sensitive issues.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or technical support role, ideally within a software or technology company.
• Have a solid foundation in technical troubleshooting and enjoy tackling complex technical inquiries.
• Skilled at interpreting and utilizing product documentation to effectively resolve customer issues.
• Self-motivated, curious, and consistently eager to learn, showcasing a growth mindset.
• Passionate about developing technical skills and acquiring comprehensive knowledge of our product and related technical concepts.
• Exhibit a strong customer-first mentality and enjoy helping others by providing long-term value.
