This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

• Assess customer requirements, clarify details, investigate each matter, and provide solutions

• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls efficiently

• Proficient in German

• Good command of English

• Strong telephone and verbal communication abilities, coupled with active listening skills

• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various personality types
