This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance to users of luxury vehicles regarding digital services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through multiple communication channels (inbound calls, chats, emails).
• Foster customer trust through empathetic and personalized interactions.
• Aim for first-call resolutions and take genuine ownership of customer needs and concerns.
• Interact with clients in a warm and professional manner while actively addressing their issues.
• Provide support and solutions to customers in line with the company's customer service policies.
• Uphold a high standard of customer support and satisfaction, maintaining a database of customer relationships.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German (minimum level C1, both oral and written).
• Fluent in English (minimum level B2, both oral and written).
• Strong communication abilities along with effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical knowledge (e.g., use of smartphones, internet applications, MS Office, etc.).
• Willingness to work in shifts (the department operates 24/7, requiring rotational shifts, with approximately 5 night shifts per month and the remainder during the day).
• Capability to work remotely from home.
• Possession of an EU Passport.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens.
