This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Managing customer interactions through email, chat, and phone calls

• Addressing customer inquiries

• Resolving customer complaints

• Conducting follow-ups with customers


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at C1 to C2 level

• Open to graduates, those on a gap year, and individuals who have dropped out

• Applicants from Egypt and abroad are encouraged to apply

• Profiles demonstrating high commitment are preferred

• Previous experience with German accounts is advantageous

• Strong communication skills are essential
