German Customer Care – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers who speak German.

• Address customer inquiries through phone and email communications in German.

• Efficiently process insurance claims and resolve customer issues.

• Refer complex cases according to established internal protocols.

• Process applications for new vehicle insurance.

• Manage modifications, conversions, and terminations of contracts.

• Oversee correspondence and documentation tasks.

• Ensure precise logging of contracts, which is essential for business operations.

• Handle updates for addresses, account modifications, and SEPA mandates.

• Guarantee timely processing of incoming documents, whether via email or post.

• Offer insurance advice and prepare customized proposals for clients.

• Promote additional insurance products such as liability, property, and legal insurance.

• Assist with onboarding processes, including registrations for the self-service portal.

• Arrange appointments for pension consultations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at a C1 level or higher (fluent).

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.

• Capable of clearly explaining complex insurance concepts.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, focusing on resolving issues during the first contact.

• High level of attention to detail, particularly in data entry and documentation tasks.

• Ability to multitask across various systems in a fast-paced work environment.

• Proficient user of PCs, including Windows, CRM systems, and MS Office.

• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
