This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat regarding reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and general queries — primarily in German (with English support when necessary)
• Proficiency in German at C1 level or higher
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
• EU citizenship is mandatory
• Basic computer skills are required
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• No prior experience is necessary (a background in customer service or hospitality is advantageous)
• Performance bonus of up to 10%
• Monthly meal allowance of up to €100 (Edenred)
• Support available for relocation
