GEO / AI Visibility Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance content designed to appear in LLM responses, such as question-led pages and comparison pages.

• Monitor the brand's presence across major AI platforms and provide reports on coverage trends for specific products (video).

• Identify high-intent queries where we should have visibility and create the necessary supporting content.

• Deliver an average of two pieces of work daily, which may include content, community insertions, or successful outreach for listicles.

• Conduct outreach for inclusion in industry listicles, review platforms, and category roundups.

• Collaborate with the internal team to manage and expand our presence on platforms like G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius.

• Establish connections with analyst-style writers and journalists active in our industry.

• Engage authentically in discussions on platforms like Reddit, Quora, Hacker News, and other communities where our brand should be involved.

• Identify high-traffic discussions where competitors are mentioned but we are not, and take action to change that.

• Foster a presence that prioritizes helpfulness over promotion, as communities can easily detect inauthenticity.

• Document all experiments in the team tracker.

• Conduct weekly monitoring of AI visibility using our measurement tools.

• Write concise asynchronous recaps detailing what influenced coverage, what didn’t, and the reasons behind these outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• One to three years of practical experience in content creation, SEO, community management, or PR execution, whether in an agency, in-house, or freelance setting.

• You have personally crafted content, conducted outreach, and engaged in community interactions — not solely managed others who performed these tasks.

• You operate swiftly, comfortable with experimentation, measurement, and iteration.

• You utilize LLMs on a daily basis and possess an intuition for how they generate responses.

• You are at ease on platforms like Reddit, Hacker News, and Quora, and you assess the environment before posting.

• Bonus: experience with AI visibility tracking tools such as Profound, Goodie, or AthenaHQ.

• Excellent written English skills. You can produce content that reads naturally, achieves high rankings, and gets cited by AI answer engines.

• You communicate directly, clearly, and concisely in writing. Long emails are not encouraged.

• Comfortable working asynchronously across different time zones.

• You prefer to execute and learn rather than plan and delay.
