This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute on-site commissioning of generators and switchgear systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Perform pre-commissioning inspections, functional tests, and performance validations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during the commissioning and startup processes.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Compile comprehensive commissioning reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Deliver technical support and training to clients and site personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in field commissioning of generators and switchgear.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, protective relays, and control mechanisms.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preparedness to travel frequently to project locations, up to 75% of the time.
• Acquainted with safety protocols and standards in electrical commissioning.
