This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop concise, narrated screen-capture walkthroughs showcasing tasks related to generative AI tools for three newly established college-level courses.

• Record video lessons ranging from 4 to 6 minutes with articulate spoken narration.

• Organize lessons with a clear introduction, logical progression, and a conclusion that reinforces key points.

• Conduct minor video enhancements, including an introduction and a watermark logo.

• Offer specific, well-structured, and actionable feedback as well as scripts.

• Assess whether exercises and scenarios align with actual professional practices.

• Identify discrepancies between learning objectives, taught skills, and the practical task requirements of learners.

• Collaborate asynchronously with the in-house team.

• Exhibit practical applications of generative AI tools within relevant professional workflows for non-technical college students.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

• At least two years of practical experience in the relevant domain is required.

• Proven hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot in genuine professional environments.

• Ability to recognize transformative AI capabilities.

• Strong judgment in evaluating the quality of AI outputs and identifying plausible but incorrect, incomplete, or misleading results.

• Familiarity with the fundamentals of prompt engineering within the relevant domain.

• Capability to screen-record 4 to 6-minute walkthroughs with clear spoken narration.

• Possess suitable equipment for producing high-quality video, including clear audio and 1080p screen capture.

• Proficiency in screen-recording and basic video-editing software such as Camtasia, Loom, OBS Studio, ScreenFlow, or equivalent tools.

• Ownership or access to a preferred screen-recording tool.

• Comfort with light video editing, voiceover narration, and instructional delivery.

• Ability to design effective video lessons.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills suitable for non-technical college students.

• Ability to provide specific, organized, and actionable feedback and scripts.

• Capability to differentiate personal preference from principled critique.

• Comfortable working asynchronously with an in-house team.

• Ability to evaluate whether exercises or scenarios accurately reflect real-world professional practices.

• Capability to recognize gaps between learning objectives, taught skills, and the practical task needs of learners.

• Relevant experience in at least one course domain: Business Analytics with AI, Business Communication with AI, or Responsible & Ethical AI Use.

• Active engagement in a relevant field and routine use of LLMs in professional work.
