Generative AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage a team of junior AI consultants or interns in executing prioritized projects from the backlog.

• Create and develop AI agents, assistants, and intelligent workflows that meet genuine business needs.

• Facilitate the automation of internal and client processes utilizing Generative AI technologies and contemporary AI platforms.

• Investigate emerging AI capabilities, including LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks, and intelligent orchestration tools.

• Collaborate with Data, AI, and business teams to convert opportunities into actionable technical solutions.

• Construct prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and demonstrations that validate innovative AI use cases.

• Document architectures, insights, implementation patterns, and reusable best practices.

• Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities where AI can enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

• Engage in innovation initiatives to assess new models, tools, and AI capabilities prior to production.

• Integrate technical experimentation with measurable business outcomes in a consulting setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Data, and emerging technologies.

• Advanced proficiency in English, enabling collaboration with international teams.

• Practical experience with projects centered around the Claude Anthropic environment, including Claude, Claude Code, Claude Skills, Plugins, or similar AI ecosystems.

• Involvement in real-world projects related to generative AI.

• Experience in developing AI agents using Python and various other technologies.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and ongoing learning.

• Understanding of business processes and the potential of technology to optimize them.

• Strong communication skills for documenting solutions and clearly presenting technical ideas.

• Experience with AI platforms, automation tools, or data analysis projects is a plus.

• Interest in consulting environments and crafting technology solutions that deliver measurable client value is a plus.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Curiosity, ownership, and a proactive attitude when exploring new technologies.

• Creativity and structured thinking to convert emerging AI capabilities into practical applications.
