Generative AI Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Evaluating and assessing the performance of AI models or algorithms by analyzing their outputs and behaviors through a defined set of evaluative questions.

• Labeling specific elements within a piece of content rather than assessing the content as a whole.

• Assigning designated categories or labels to various items.

• Assessing the perceived quality and relevance of content.

• Generating labels to enhance understanding of concepts, trends, and more.

• Creating additional training data for machine learning models by applying transformations to original data, such as modifying images (rotation, flipping, cropping), generating new text (paraphrasing, summarization), or altering audio/video signals (speed modification, pitch shifting) to enhance dataset diversity and reduce overfitting.

• Reviewing data to determine if a product feature functions as intended according to the project's guidelines.

• Labeling model outputs to ascertain whether a piece of content meets specific criteria. Examples include identifying clickbait, gaming videos, or branded content.

• Organizing or ranking items based on established preferences or criteria.

• Crafting prompts or questions intended to elicit responses from a language model or other AI systems.

• Engaging in projects that assess the relevance of content using a relevancy scale (1-3, 1-5, etc.).

• Generating responses to prompts or questions utilizing a language model or other AI systems.

• Rewriting existing text to maintain the original meaning while enhancing clarity, style, and compliance with guidelines.

• Producing succinct summaries of longer text or data.

• Transcribing spoken language or audio content into written format.

• Translating text or spoken language from one language to another.

• Collecting and compiling various data forms for training, evaluating, or fine-tuning AI models. This may encompass text, images, videos, audio files, or other digital content.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities-related field is required, with advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) being highly preferred.

• Professional or expert-level proficiency (C1/C2) in English is necessary.
