This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Formulates, secures agreement on, and executes the Management Plan for designated assets.
• Guarantees fulfillment of JLL internal compliance initiatives.
• Oversees the lease administration process along with tenant option rights.
• Hires or contracts onsite management and engineering staff in accordance with budget and management strategy.
• Solicits competitive bids and drafts service agreements to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Recognizes and initiates enhancements for property systems.
• Manages monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for owners as well as jurisdictional submissions.
• Prepares final budget documentation and oversees the building budget.
• Collaborates with Client Accounting Services to handle accounting, bookkeeping, and collections.
• Assesses adjustments to tenant billing and authorizes all accounts payable with precise coding.
• Analyzes financial statements and reports on occupancy statistics and lease expirations.
• Coordinates facility modifications, maintenance, and upkeep according to budget and lease agreements.
• Acts as the primary contact for tenant service requests.
• Proactively engages with tenant representatives on a scheduled basis.
• Evaluates periodic inventory of building contents and the condition of the property.
• Creates and implements tenant retention strategies.
• Sets written goals and objectives for direct reports and conducts performance assessments.
• Develops training programs and career advancement paths for property staff.
• Ensures effective succession planning.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is necessary; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of seven years of experience in commercial real estate or property management.
• At least three years of experience in people management.
• Proficiency in budget preparation, financial reporting, building systems, and lease negotiation/administration.
• A Real Estate license is required within six months and must be maintained thereafter.
