General Application – Data & AI/ML Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create and manage scalable data pipelines along with ETL/ELT workflows.

• Develop and maintain the infrastructure necessary for training, deploying, and serving machine learning models in a production environment.

• Build feature stores, vector databases, and other data infrastructures that enable AI capabilities.

• Ensure the reliability, low latency, and high availability of data systems.

• Collaborate closely with Research and Data Science teams to translate findings into production-ready solutions.

• Implement monitoring and observability mechanisms to track the health of data and models.

• Contribute to infrastructure as code practices and provide documentation on cloud platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 4 years of experience in data engineering, machine learning engineering, or a similar domain.

• Strong expertise in Python and SQL; experience with Spark, dbt, or Airflow is advantageous.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining cloud-based data infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle management, model versioning, and deployment methodologies.

• Comfortable with systems design principles applied to data-heavy architectures.
