General Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Ensure accurate processing of bank reconciliations (with triple tie-outs).

• Manage the processing of management fees, owner distributions/contributions, and owner financial statements.

• Facilitate the completion of move-in and move-out procedures.

• Input new vendors into the software for categorization and processing.

• Acquire appropriate W9 documentation from all vendors for each client.

• Adhere to all company protocols and SOPs to guarantee the quality of daily operations.

• Take ownership of the quality of processes for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• For Appfolio clients, ensure that all issues are resolved on the financial diagnostic page weekly.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting positions.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.

• Advanced English language skills.
