GenAI Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and generate AI-driven video and static content from the ground up

• Develop storyboards, shot breakdowns, and visual narratives

• Produce high-impact video assets for marketing funnels

• Experiment with AI pipelines to enhance production speed and iteration

• Continuously seek out new tools and push creative limits

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess experience in iGaming / Gambling (experience in Crypto / Fintech is a strong advantage)

• Minimum of 3 years working as a motion designer

• Professional proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including working with plugins and expressions

• Capable of creating 2D visual effects, with solid skills in tracking, keying, and color correction

• Confident in using Blender, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, and Figma

• Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing motion, storytelling, and video work

• Skilled in developing concepts, scripts, and storyboards

• Understand the principles of composition, framing, lighting, and cinematic language

• Actively integrate AI tools into your workflow: Kling AI, Seedance, Veo, Runway, Suno / ElevenLabs (audio / voice), and image generation tools (Nano Banana or similar)

• Ability to transform an idea into a sequence of scenes rather than just a single visual

• Know how to iterate quickly and test variations using AI

• Possess strong attention to detail and care about the final polish

• Be curious, proactive, and willing to experiment
