GenAI Engineer – KI Agenten, Automatisierung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementing AI agents: You will create new AI agents based on clearly defined requirements from the teams and further develop existing agents.

• Technical implementation & operation: You will configure, manage, and optimize our existing GenAI applications and technical components (e.g., workflows, AI tools).

• Trends & external technical insights: You will monitor new AI tools, platforms, and technological developments.

• You will assess whether new approaches can be effectively utilized in our operational work and test them practically when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in operational or technology-related roles (e.g., in IT project environments, automation, or similar fields).

• At least one to two years of hands-on experience using AI applications in a corporate context.

• Experience in configuring, operating, or further developing AI applications.

• You are very familiar with prompt engineering; you can critically evaluate AI results and make targeted improvements.

• Assertiveness to advocate for technical decisions, make recommendations, and successfully implement AI agents in collaboration with the relevant departments.

• You possess C2 level proficiency in German and at least B2 level proficiency in English.
